With 28 years of real estate experience in the state of Virginia, Deena Davis is not only an industry veteran, but also an expert at conveying her knowledge of Virginia home sales both to clients in the field and students in the classroom. Deena's specialty lies in the residential resale market inside the Beltway, where a good portion of her career developed.

At the Academy, Deena teaches Principles of Real Estate, providing pre-license students with the necessary knowledge and insight to excel as agents. In addition, her enthusiasm serves her well as the managing broker for Avery-Hess, Realtors' Front Royal office in Shenandoah Valley, where ongoing training programs provide agents with additional support and resources.

Aside from teaching at the Academy, Deena is a member of the Pioneers Club at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR).

Deena's creative personality not only serves her well as an instructor and manager, but also as an avid painter. Both she and her husband enjoy painting in their spare time; their art filling the walls of the Front Royal office.
