Licensed as a real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia, and as a real estate instructor in Virginia, Ginny Gunther has 28 years of experience in the industry. A good portion of her career has been spent educating new agents, serving as a trainer for one of the largest real estate companies in southeastern Virginia, as well as the Director of Education for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. In addition, Ginny served as Director of Alpha College of Real Estate.

At the Academy, she teaches Maryland contracts and paperwork courses. Her experience teaching both pre-licensing courses and quick start classes for new agents at real estate schools and community colleges will be an asset to students attending the Academy.

Not only does Ginny enjoy teaching, but she bolsters her knowledge of real estate by maintaining an active membership with the National Association of Realtors and other state and local associations.

Currently the manager of Avery-Hess, Realtors' Rockville office, Ginny has been a sales manager for several years in Virginia and enjoys the rewards of watching agents grow in their business. Outside of the classroom and office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
